Delivery Information
All deliveries are subject to Royal Mail postal services, and delivery times exclude bank holidays and public holidays.
Once the goods are in the possession of Royal Mail, Tina Bucknall cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays, this includes delays due to inclement weather, mis-routing, incorrect delivery addresses and force majeure.
Please note if you live in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & Non-Mainland UK, your order may take longer to be delivered.
Cancellations
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, email info@tinabucknall.co.uk or give us a call on 01444235828 at your earliest opportunity, quoting your order number.
14-Day ‘No Fuss’ Returns
We offer a 14 day returns policy on most items, allowing you to try our products without obligation.
Condition of Returned Items
Unwanted items returned as part of our returns policy must be returned as new – unworn and in the original packaging with tags attached. We are unable to accept items which are not returned in perfect condition.
Do please be aware that Tina Bucknall does not cover the cost of returns.
We recommend using Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery so your parcel is insured and can be tracked. Tina Bucknall cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the parcel whilst in transit.
Exchanges
You may exchange your item within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to exchange your purchased item for an alternative, any difference in price will be payable/refundable, and postage is payable for the new item to be sent to you.
