Cancellations
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, email info@tinabucknall.co.uk at your earliest opportunity, quoting your order number.

We offer a 14 day free returns policy on most items, allowing you to try our products without obligation. On receipt of your returned order we will refund the price of your products plus any standard postage charges paid (N.B. Express Delivery costs are non-refundable), plus your return postage costs within 3 working days of receipt (subject to the conditions below). Condition Of Returned Items
Unwanted items returned as part of our ‘Free Returns’ policy must be returned as new – unworn and in the original packaging. We are unable to accept items which are not returned in perfect condition.
Exchanges
You may exchange your item within 14 days of receipt. If you wish to exchange your purchased item for another one, any difference in price will be payable/refundable, and postage is payable for the new item to be sent to you
